What we collect
UpYourGlow stores the data you enter: your account, your business, your services, your clients (name, phone, notes, history) and your appointments. We collect basic usage analytics to improve the product.
Your clients’ data
You are the controller of your clients’ data; we process it on your behalf. We never contact your clients, never sell data, and never use client data to train models.
Messages
Messages are prepared in the app and sent from your own WhatsApp or SMS application. We log that a message was prepared, its type and text, on the client’s profile. We do not read your conversations.
Where data lives
Data is stored on servers in the European Union. Backups are encrypted.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by writing to privacy@upyourglow.com. Deleting your account removes your business, clients and appointments within 30 days.
